Shipping

• Domestic Orders - We process and dispatch all confirmed domestic orders within 3-4 business days.
• For international orders
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • A flat shipping fee applies based on the destination country and is calculated at checkout.
  • Applicable customs duties and taxes are charged in accordance with the destination country’s regulations. Any additional import duties or taxes, if applicable, will be communicated/collected as per the destination country’s requirements.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

1. Wrong product received
2. Size issues (exchange for a different size only)
3. Damaged product received

Exchange Process:

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
• To initiate an exchange, email us at littleodisha.co@gmail.com with order details and relevant images (highlighting the product, damage)
• Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup
• Exchanges will be processed once we receive and verify the returned item

• We do not offer refunds
  
• In case of size exchange, availability is subject to stock; in case of unavailability of size, we will issue a refund
